I confirm that I have been informed about the personal data processing activities of ABF Organizasyon Hizmetleri ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“ABF Event”) that are subject to my explicit consent.

Scope of consent

I consent to the processing of the contact details I share with ABF Event for communications about events, production services and relevant promotional content, and for managing customer communications in line with my requests and preferences.

Visual and audio recordings

Where I have been separately informed and the necessary permissions have been obtained, I consent to photographs and video recordings made at events being processed for event communications, archiving and ABF Event’s corporate communications.

Data sharing

I consent to this data being shared, solely for the purposes above and with appropriate safeguards, with communication, technology, archiving, production and event suppliers acting for ABF Event.

Choice and withdrawal

I understand that consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting info@abfevent.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand.
